Our detailed service includes (but is not limited to): condenser coil washing, lubricating motor bearings, clearing out condensate drain lines (one of the most common HVAC problems), measuring refrigerant levels and component amp draws to ensure proper operation.

We are a Diamond-level Mitsubishi Electric heating and cooling contractor.

We have done hundreds of mini-split installations, and it is our most popular product.

It is energy efficient, heats and cools, and has a standard 10-year all-parts warranty. However, our Mitsubishi installations have an added TWO YEARS to their warranty since we are a diamond-level contractor, for a total of 12 years of parts warranty.
